There is only one type of realtor you need.
One that…
…gets personally involved in the sale of your home and that has a system for selling your home.
You don’t need a realtor that has 30 homes for sale. That may seem impressive, but it’s not effective.
How can they possibly be giving any amount of personal time to your home.
How can they spend the money it takes to market your home…yes I mean they should want to spend money and not just list it in the MLS (multiple listing service) and then just sit on their lazy tush and wait.
This is not a waiting game.
This is a proactive game.
I can’t stand when I am driving neighborhoods and I see a sign that reads “Open House 3:30-5:00 pm Sunday”
Come on’ people. Who’s house are you really trying to sell. Not mine. 1 1/2 hours for a open house on 1 day ONLY. That’s a bunch of crap.
See that’s all the time they have for your house. This is not the realtor you want.
Pick the right realtor and you increase your chances of selling your house fast and for the greatest amount.
